Home of the brave, land of the free used to mean something. Sadly it no longer does. Our freedoms, your freedoms are being stripped from you every day and all you fucking sheep do is sit and piss and moan about inane shit that really doesn’t matter. How did we become a nation where it is acceptable for a young man to be arrested, taken by force from his home, and kept away from his parents? Guilty or not isn’t the issue (although I suspect the child is innocent and caught up in a prank), the issue is that this teen and his family, residing here in the good ole US of A, have absolutely no recourse and are not being told a thing. The patriot act has been a bad idea since it’s enception. Giving law enforcement, the government, the fucking ability to walk all over the fucking Constitution whenever they see fit is a mistake and something our fore fathers warned about over 200 fucking years ago. But people just aren’t the same as they were back then.

I seriously doubt there are people willing to die for the concept of freedom any more. People have become sheep and just want to sleep in the warm glow of the federal government without realizing that their lovers warmth is likely to strike out at them on a mere whim.

And since this was done under the guise of the Patriot Act it means that the childs family have absolutely no recourse. He can be held indefinately with out trial, without representation, without a prayer. Hope you sleep well tonight with the thought that the government can and will come into your home and take a child, your spouse or anything else on a whim. No search warrant required. No review of the facts necessary. If law enforcements see it as a threat and can somehow tie it into national security… oh wait since no one really has to review this, no judge to issue a warrant it really doesn’t even have to tie into national security or be a genuine threat. It can be a bad dream a fucking FBI agent had the night before from drinking too much.

But hell, the judicial system can take all of your rights away without the Patriot Act. Have you heard about the mother and son who are now running from justice. A part of a nationwide manhunt. Why? Because the son has cancer and the courts have decided what is best for the boy is chemotherapy. The parents disagree and so the rub.

The courts and by extension the government is making a determination of what is best for someone’s child and is hell bent on forcing their will onto the family.

The family belongs to a religous group that believes in natural healing methods and they and their child want to follow the tenant of their religion and because so they are now a part of a national man hunt. Well, or in this case, a national mother and child hunt.

Who the fuck is the government to decide what is best for your child… and this could very well be your child or your life. What’s the next step? Where does the government draw the line on determining how you live your life and what you believe in?

Why is this ok? Why aren’t people as fucking pissed off as I am?

I trust our founding fathers would be completely ashamed of what we have become. A nation that lives behind a word that they have no fucking idea of what it means.

When this fucking picture was shot, I’d bet this helicopter pilot thought he was the luckiest dude alive. After the blow job he got a few minutes later, I’m sure he know he was the fucking luckiest guy alive. But then the shit hit the fan (2 years later)! The next day, TMZ releases the above photo with the headline "FAA Launches Pilot Investigation After TMZ Story". What’s particularly interesting is that these happened in 2007. According to TMZ, the FAA did nothing because they couldn’t tell whether the plane was in the air or not. Strange, I can, can you? Personally that has my bull shit meter pegged as the FAA seems to investigate shit not just look at the picture and say who gives a fuck.

Personally, I go back to one of my earlier theories.

If you read that article, it will come as no surprise that this pilot has been in trouble a few times, and not just for getting blow jobs from pornstars. I like the guy.

I just became a fucking child pornographer, thank god I don’t live in fucking Australia, where kangaroo fucking is legal but pictures like this are child porn.. This article, Simpsons cartoon rip-off is child porn, states:

I’d like to disagree on a couple small, insignificant points. First it’s not a fucking rip-off it’s a parody, a spoof, something that some people might even consider funny a hell. But whether you do consider it hilarious or a tactless piece of shit or even extremely disturbing, there is one thing it is not and that’s child porn. Bart and Lisa are not real people and while Fox may have a issue with their images usage, that has absolutely nothing to do with it.

It seems to me that way to much shit gets thrown under the blanket protection of CP in an attempt to control our thoughts. Did you know that rabid parents demanded that a high rise building being built next to a day care centre have less stories than planned. This because they feared pedophiles might be looking at their kids. LOOKING. Or then there is this article Topless photo removal ridiculous: mother

This issue with the Simpsons cartoons is fucking bothersome becomes it has crossed over into the area of thought crime. The dude is in trouble because of what "might" happen or because he "might" have found the images arousing. No real children have been harmed and the dude might have thought something but performed no action that could be deemed illegal

Using an analogy, many porn sites now have sleep assaults where women are asleep as the man begins molesting her. This might be considered rape and should a dude who gets aroused and jerks off to this be convicted as a rapist?

Outside of the porn realm there are tons of analogies that can be made. Video games which depict violence, excessive speed etc should those that play them be arrested because they might think killing is fun or speeding is cool.

In fact, if memory serves me correctly, a book "Clan of the Cave Bear has a chapter containing descriptions of child rape in it. Should the book be banned because someone might find that scene arousing? Should anyone owning the book be thrown in jail because they might have been turned on and are there for pedophiles.

No one should be prosecuted for a thought, no matter how disgusting that thought may be. It’s actions that are illegal in a free country, not thoughts

Government scores victory against woman who can’t leave her house. I’ll leave all the legal angles to AVN and the article they ran. I’ll just tell you that this lady ran some of the most obscene stories about the abuse and torture of children perhaps ever written. Shit that even I’m fucking disgusted with. But there are 3 fucking things about this case that fucking bugs me more than the detestable stories she has written.

One, of all the sexually explicit text based internet sites, the fucking government chose to go after an invalid. Someone so fucked up in the head that she is completely afraid to leave her own fucking house. Someone who would gladly cop to just about anything they wanted to throw at her just to not have to try and deal with going to court for a couple weeks or perhaps serve jail time. In other words, our caring govenment went after the weak link so that they could simply get an easy victory. This is the biggest kind of pussy ass shit I’ve seen in years. It’s not even like she had a huge money making site. She charged a whole $10 for access and had a whopping 79 fucking perverts reading and contributing to her site.

Second, now the government can indeed censor text. Remember these were fucking fictional stories. Not a single child was hurt in the writing of them. Interestingly while the writing of fucking fictional stories is a big fucking NO-NO, Hollywood can still continue to make television shows and movies where the can "show" this type of behavior. So it’s ok to film and broadcast child abuse but it’s not ok to write about it. Guess if she had billions of dollars to donate to politicians this wouldn’t be a fucking issue would it.

Third and what I really find the most disturbing in all, there is no outcry. Why are we allowing the government to reduce our freedoms, to be able to now say, I don’t like what you’ve written, whether it’s fact based or fiction, so I am going to fuck you up the ass and they have a case to back them up with. Make no fucking mistakes, you sheep, this is censorship and while I may not fucking enjoy what this fucked up lady cares to write about, I recognize that in order to preserve our freedoms we have to fight for the rights of people who do things that we don’t fucking agree with because the next time it could be one of my or your excentricities that the government finds offensive and who is going to be there to stand up for you.
